Hi, I’m Mandi
Nearly three decades in the people business and I’m still fascinated by what makes people, teams and organisations tick.
I’ve held executive roles across the UK and US, working with organisations to strengthen leadership, shape culture, navigate change and improve organisational performance.
Alongside all that real-world experience, I’ve picked up a few letters along the way. I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), all grounded in a career spanning People, Culture, Leadership and Organisation Development.
