We meet for your 60-minute findings and recommendations session to discuss the results, answer questions and focus on your priorities.
How long does it take?
Your HR Health Check will will typically be completed within 10–15 working days, depending on the scope and complexity of the review. We’ll confirm the timetable with you before we begin.

For organisations with straightforward HR arrangements and a focused review. Includes your PeopleCore HR Health Check Report, prioritised improvement roadmap and findings and recommendations session.
EXPANDED HR HEALTH CHECK
From £6,000 + VAT
For organisations requiring a broader review, with greater complexity, documentation, data or stakeholder engagement. Includes your PeopleCore HR Health Check Report, prioritised improvement roadmap and findings and recommendations session.
COMPLEX HR HEALTH CHECK
Tailored quote
For organisations with more complex arrangements, such as multiple sites, business areas, employee groups or international operations, or where a more extensive review and stakeholder engagement is required. We’ll agree the scope with you before providing a tailored price.

Good to know
The HR Health Check is an independent diagnostic and recommendations service. It is designed to give you a clear picture of your current HR health and practical priorities for improvement.
The Health Check does not include implementing the recommendations, rewriting policies, restructuring your HR function or providing ongoing HR support.
Where payroll sits within HR, we will consider the arrangements, processes and governance at a high level, but the Health Check is not a detailed payroll, tax or financial compliance audit.
