   We start by understanding your organisation, your HR arrangements and what you want from the Health Check.
   
2. Send the agreed information
   Your provide the documents and information agreed during scoping.
   
3. We review and assess
   We review your HR arrangements across the agreed areas.
   
4. We speak with key stakeholders
   Where agreed, we speak with relevant people to build a fuller picture.
   
5. We prepare your HR Health Check
   We bring the findings together into your report, rating and prioritised recommendations.
   
6. We talk through the findings
   We meet for your 60-minute findings and recommendations session.

Typical timing: 10-15 working days, depending on scope and complexity.

The HR Health Check is an independent diagnostic and recommendations service. It is designed to give you a clear picture of your current HR health and practical priorities for improvement.

The Health Check does not include implementing the recommendations, rewriting policies, restructuring your HR function or providing ongoing HR support.

Where payroll sits within HR, we will consider the arrangements, processes and governance at a high level, but the Health Check is not a detailed payroll, tax or financial compliance audit.
