Team Recharge
Reconnect. Reset. Rejuvenate.
Sometimes a team needs space away from the day-to-day to reconnect, take stock and reset.
PeopleCore creates and facilitates a tailored Team Recharge experience that gives your team dedicated space to step away from delivery, have the conversations that can be difficult to make time for and focus on what it needs now.
Together, we help your team reconnect, reset what needs attention and agree practical priorities and commitments, so it can return to work with renewed clarity, energy and momentum.

Does your team need time to reconnect and reset?
Teams can become so focused on getting the work done that there is little time for the team itself. Connection can weaken, energy can dip, priorities can become less clear and the conversations that matter can get pushed aside.
Team Recharge could be right for your team if you want to:
- Reconnect as a team after a period of change or transition
- Create space to take stock of how things are going
- Strengthen connection and collaboration
- Give attention to things that may have been pushed aside
- Refocus around shared priorities
- Re-establish what team members need from one another
- Agree practical commitments for working better together
Sometimes a team doesn’t need another meeting. It needs the right conversation, with the space to have it properly.
What does the Team Recharge experience involve?
Every team is different, so we shape the Team Recharge around what your team needs most.
Before the session, we talk with the team leader to understand what is happening within the team, what you want to achieve and where the conversation may need to focus. Team members also complete a short confidential pre-session questionnaire to help us understand what they would value from the day and shape the session around the team.
Depending on what your team needs, the session may explore:
- What’s working well
- How the team is feeling and working together
- What needs attention
- Connection and collaboration
- Clarity of priorities
- Ways of working
- What team members need from one another
- What the team wants to strengthen or do differently
- Practical commitments for moving forward
There’s no off-the-shelf agenda. We design the Team Recharge around your team and the conversations it needs to have.
What will you receive?
Your team will come away with greater clarity about where it is now, what matters next and how it wants to work together.
The experience includes:
- Tailored session design – shaped around your team, its context and what you want to achieve
- Facilitated Team Recharge session – a full-day, in-person experience creating space for focused, constructive conversation
- Team priorities – clarity on the areas the team wants to focus on
- Team agreements – agreed ways of working and what team members need from one another
- Team Recharge Action Plan – capturing the priorities, agreements and practical commitments the team wants to take forward
How does it work?
We design the Team Recharge around your team, its context and what you want the team to get from the experience.
- We understand your team
We start with a conversation to understand your team, what has prompted the Team Recharge and what you would like the team to get from the experience. - We agree the practicalities
We confirm the date, participant numbers and arrangements for the session. - Your team completes a short confidential questionnaire
Team members share what they would value from the day, helping us understand the themes that may be important to the team. - We shape your Team Recharge
We review the responses and design a tailored experience around your team, its context and what you want to achieve. - We bring the team together
We facilitate a full-day, in-person Team Recharge, creating space for focused conversation, reflection and practical activities. - Your team agrees what happens next
Together, the team identifies what it wants to continue, strengthen and do differently. - We capture your Team Recharge Action Plan
You receive a practical record of the priorities, agreements and commitments the team has made.
How long does it take?
Team Recharge is a full-day, in-person facilitated team session for up to 12 participants. Teams of 13+ will be scoped separately to make sure the format works effectively for the size and needs of the group.
Once all pre-session questionnaires have been completed, PeopleCore requires a minimum of 5 working days to review the responses and prepare your tailored Team Recharge.

Good to know
Team Recharge is a facilitated team-development experience designed around your team and what it needs at that point in time.
There is no standard agenda. The focus is agreed with you in advance so the session reflects your team’s context and what you want to achieve.
The session is designed to create space for constructive conversation, greater clarity and practical commitments. Team Recharge is not a psychometric assessment or formal team or organisational diagnostic, and it is not mediation or a conflict-resolution intervention. It is also not intended to replace formal processes where individual performance, conduct, grievance or other employee relations matters need to be addressed separately.
The impact of Team Recharge will depend on the team continuing to use and reinforce the agreements and commitments it makes during the session.
What happens next is up to you. Your team can take its Team Recharge Action Plan forward independently or ask PeopleCore to provide further support if there are specific areas the team wants to continue working on. There is no obligation to purchase further support.
